Learning Inquiry Harvest: Opening Ceremony

From the CIP Learning Inquiry, in participants' own words...

+ The Opening Ceremony was a lovely way to introduce ourselves, but was, of course, as with all initial introductions, somewhat hesitant and fleeting.
- I was intrigued by the Opening ceremony, at first. And then as the numbers increased, I didn't have the time to keep up.
+ I was amazed at how personally close to the other participants I began feeling almost immediately.
- I think some more active inclusion process would have been helpful for me.
+ The Opening Ceremony caused me to reflect deeply. The thought process was very positive. As a way of meeting the other participants it was very effective.
+ Introducing ourselves works wonders. In CIP, having the personal profiles readily available is a very nice touch.
