o What are the facilitation principles that can help others who are designing in this medium? o Building relationships in cyberspace requires thoughtful facilitation. + The preparation and anticipation for the conversations we're having created place holders in which we could remember to speak with integrity because safety has been present. The agreements and convenant that we were asked to agree to has also contributed to the quality of our conversations. + Being as authentic as possible gives permission for others to do likewise. + What's working is the beautiful, light-touch, thoughtful, just-right support/love/creation/boundary managing/contribution from Peter and Trudy.
