Learning Inquiry Harvest: Design Issues

o I am getting a sense of what works and what doesn't work in designing spaces like this, and also how community structure and energy goes through different phases.
+ We are learning about frameworks to support virtual work -- elements that help guide, and structure the conversations, such as: + Discovering that many of the same design principles are at work in this medium as in the face to face strategic conversation work I do has opened a whole new set of vistas which I find delicious as I contemplate my own visions of meaning and wholeness at work in years to come.
